Our chakras are part of our subtle energy systems. They are subtle energy points, literally wheels or vortexes of energy, which act as energy exchange points. The Chakra Essences are flower, gem & crystal essence combinations that each support a particular chakra point and help restore greater balance and harmony within your subtle energy system. One of the really good things about these lovely essences is that they cover such a broad range of emotions, energies and beliefs and are very transformative combinations to use. These ready-made combinations work deeply with the emotions, patterns and subtle energies associated with each chakra, supporting your energetic, mental and emotional wellbeing. There are 10 essences in this set, one for each of the seven main chakras and three key minor chakra points.

Flower, Gem & Crystal Essences work at an energetic level to help you to re-balance your thoughts, feelings and subtle energy systems and are powerful tools for inner change & transformation. Using Essences can have a profound influence on your inner journey of personal & spiritual growth, and can help you to raise your level of awareness and consciousness.
A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day. We’d usually suggest that to gain maximum benefit from your combination you take it directly from stock without further dilution – this gives you the deepest acting effect from the essence. We’d normally recommend that you finish the whole bottle before seeing whether more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. We wouldn’t usually recommend giving the Chakra Essences to children under 12.
Storage advice – It is best to store vibrational essences in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
How long will a bottle last – 10ml: there are approximately 200 drops in a 10ml bottle. This equates to about 50 doses (4 drops on tongue) and when used 4 drops 4 x a day will last approximately 12.5 days.
Each of the Chakra Essences is a powerful combination of at least 5 different essences so we recommend that you only take one of these combinations at a time. It is usually best to avoid using any of the other deeper acting combinations at the same time, although a well-chosen combination of the Bach Flower Remedies can be very supportive when used alongside the Chakra Essences.
The ten Chakra Essences are combinations made from our single flower essences and single crystal & gem essences. Their focus is on helping you to work at a deep level with the issues and patterns associated with each of the chakras that most affect your mental and emotional wellbeing. Each combination brings together carefully selected flower, gem & crystal essences chosen for their particular energetic qualities and resonance with an individual chakra. They can be used when you feel that a particular chakra needs support, or as part of a wider journey of emotional, energetic and spiritual development.
